Alternative Resource Plans can apply to a variety of different services. Here’s a list of some items these plans can include:
Visiting nurses and home-health services
Homemakers
Personal care attendants and qualified service providers
Emergency response system
Senior citizen centers or adult daycare
Home and community-based services
Development disability services
Social services and regional human service centers
Addiction or mental health services
Licensed congregate care facilities
