Competency

An individual must be competent to sign a Supported-Decision Making agreement.

Signature Authority

The agreement doesn’t give the supporter the ability to sign documents on behalf of the individual.

Decision Making Authority

A supporter does not make decisions for the individual.

Supporters

More than one person may be named as a supporter.
