I have a question about a court process in a guardianship action. Whom do I contact?
If you have a question about a court process in a guardianship action and you’re unable to find an answer to your question in the Legal Self-Help Center, contact the North Dakota Legal Self Help Center at: ndselfhelp@ndcourts.gov or (701) 328-1852. The North Dakota Legal Self Help Center provides free information about civil court processes to individuals representing themselves. The Center is generally open and available for emails and calls Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
I'm logged in, but how do I start the course?
To start a course, visit the Courses page and click or tap the “Start Course” button under the course you’d like to take.
Whom do I contact for further technical support?
For technical assistance, please email webmaster@katandcompany.com. Technical support questions will be responded to within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. Holiday schedules vary.
How do I register to take a course?
To register for a course, simply click or tap the Login button in the top right of your screen and select the Register button. Follow the prompts to set up your account and begin taking a course.
How do I reset my password?
To reset a password, visit the Lost Your Password page.
Why don't my username and password work?
If your username and password aren’t working, request a new password on the Lost Password page.
If you took the course prior to February 2020, you will need to create a new account to access the courses.
How do I print a copy of my certificate?
To download a copy of your certificate, log into the website and select My Profile. You will be able to download your certificate from that page.
If you took the guardianship course prior to 2020, you can contact ND Courts for a copy of your certificate at 701-328-2212.
I took the course prior to 2020. How do I get a copy of my certificate?
If you took the course prior to February 2020, you will need to contact ND Courts for a copy of your certificate. They can be reached at 701-328-2212.
If you took the course after February 2020, you can find a copy of your certificate under My Profile in the upper right.
